Camillo Health and Fitness focuses primarily on two things: fitness and health coaching. When you become our client, you receive both exercise and nutritional guidance. Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance in your journey to improve your health and happiness. Our certified Health Coach, Gary Camillo, will help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for your personal lifestyle and situation. Together, both of you will explore concerns specific to you and your body, and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness.
PERSONAL STRENGTH TRAINING
Whatever your training goal is, we will help you accomplish it. We have a unique approach to training our clients. Before starting out, you’ll be given a thorough assessment of your current strength capabilities in order to spot imbalances. We also gather critical information on your lifestyle like sleep patterns, work schedule, stress levels, and current diet. All this information is then analyzed and used in tailoring a customized workout program that fits your individual lifestyle. In addition, we are proud to offer specialized weight loss solutions for our clients.
Camillo Health and Fitness is an avid believer in the “plant-based diet”, or rather a diet consisting mainly of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans and vegetable proteins. While we do not believe in restricting any food group for our clients, many of our staff have adopted semi-vegetarian, vegetarian or vegan lifestyles for optimum nutrition. We have experience in juicing, juice fasting and cleansing, raw food diets and more. We will equip you with the tools to find the nutritional plan that suits your lifestyle.
